I'm opening my own studio!
Check out Buddha Beast on Facebook for details.
This website will be de-activated at the end of September... if you have popped in for
Yoga in the Gardens, please note all changes on that page.
Breaking Through
Originating primarily as a personal site to blog about and post photos of a spiritual mixed media journey, Blue Day Break has evolved to reflect one of its publisher’s, Wild Hald-Nor Walkers team captain Dawn Maas’ passions… ‘Nature Notes’.
Get Healthy. Get Inspired. Get Involved. Get out. Outside that is! Get to know the wild world around you in a refreshingly creative new way with a unique fusion of simple, effective wellness techniques and ‘Nature Notes’ applications. For complete details, see the ‘Nature Notes’ tab and be sure to visit us on Facebook (page still under construction)
Though its blog will be removed, Blue Day Break will continue to serve as professional promotion of Yoga in the Gardens; certified yoga & fitness instructor Dawn Maas offers and eclectic array of elemental yoga session at award-winning botanical gardens Whistling Gardens… and resume itself as an outlet for ‘Project Love Lines’; mixed media art echoes, and serves as stepping stones on the path of, Dawn’s ever-renewing spiritual journey (a brief hiatus from posting began and continues during planning and facilitation of ‘Walk for Wildlife 2015’ and on-going building of Dawn’s backyard wildlife project ‘Project C.H.E.E.P.’: Cultivating Habitat to Ensure Ecological Preservation).
Whatever
your purpose for visiting Blue Day Break, I hope you enjoy your time here, and
may you find some wonderful connection to any part of it!
